Method

FISH BALLS


INGREDIENTS:

5.Ginger, garlic

Maggi, Gishiri, oil


PROCEDURE:


Da farko zaki sami Ice fish me kyau, sai ki wanke tafasa, bayan ya tafasa sai ki sauke, barshi ya huce, sai ki cire dukkanin tsokar a kwano. Sai ki farfasa shi sosai.



Sannan ki daka Green Pappas Garlic ki zuba a kan fish din, sai ki kawo Onion ki yanka shi 'kanana, kisa Ginger, Curry, thyme and Salt , sai ki jujjuya su had'e, 



daga nan sai ki rinka dunkula su kamar yadda akeyi, idan ya nuna sai ki samu Egg ki kad'a a kwano, kisa Maggi, sai kisa mai a wuta yayi zafi. Sai ki rinka dauko dunkulallen kifin nan kina tsomawa a cikin Egg kina sawa a cikin Oil d'in idan ya soyu shikenan




SPICY BALLS


INGREDIENTS:


1.Flour

2.Green Pepper 

3.Onion

4.Seasoning

5.Yeast and water


PROCEDURE:


Da farko zaki haɗa Flour and Green pepper, chopped Onion, Maggi, Spices,  Salf, duk zaki sa a bowl ɗaya. Bayan kin haɗe komai wuri ɗaya, sai kisa ɗan ruwa kiyi mixing na shi sosai ya yi smooth kaman na fanke. sannan ki ɗora Oil idan ya yi zafi sai ki rinƙa zubawa a Oil kamar yadda ake fanke....



PINACH EGG SAUCE


INGREDIENTS:


1.Spinach (Alayyaho)

2.Eggs, Oil

3.Green Pappas

4.Onion and garlic


PROCEDURE:


ki wanke Alayyaho ki yayyanka ƙanana, ki yanka Onion, ki jajjaga kayan miya. Farko zaki samu tukunyar da babu komai a wuta ki juye Alayyahon duka ki ɗan turara shi, idan kina da Steamer zaki iya saka shi a ciki ya turaru sai ki sauke. 



Ki zuba Oil kaɗan a tukunya ki juye Onion ya ɗan soyu sai ki zuba kayan miya, ki zuba Seasonings and Spices, in ya soyu ki juye Alayyahon ki jujjuya su haɗe, ki kaɗa Eggs ki juye a ciki ki juya su haɗu da kyau, in ya gama soyuwa sai ki sauke....

INGREDIENTS:


1.Flour

5.Salad

6.Tumatir

7.Onion

8.Yeast

9.Backing powder

10.Seasonings

11.Curry


PROCEDURE:


Dafarko zaki tafasa Meat and Onion, Curry, idan ya dahu sai ki dakashi sosai ki ajiye gefe, ki dafa Egg shima ki aje gefe ɗaya, daga nan sai ki jajjaga  Attaruhu, Onion, ki ajiye, ki wanke Salad ba sai kin yanka ba ki tsane ruwan ki aje shi, sai ki ɗauko kwano zuba Yeast kisa masa ruwan dumi ki barshi, daga nan sai ki fasa Egg ki zuba acikin su  Attarugu,



 ki zuba Naman da kika daka, Seasoning and Salt, Curry, Backing powder, ki bugashi sosai sannan ki zuba Flour wanda kin riga da kin kwaɓa, ki saka shi wuri  mai ɗumi dan ya tashi, idan yatashi sai ki soya kamar fanke amma shi ɗin zakiyi shi manya sosai



idan kin gama soyawa sai ki ajiye agefe, ki yanka Egg, Onion Tumatur, za kiyi yankan duk circle, saiki dauko Hamburgers ɗin kiraba shi biyu ki shimfiɗa Salad akai kisa Tumatir and Onion, Egg, saiki rufe da wani Salad ɗin, sannan ki ɗauko ɗayan barin na Hamburgers ɗin ki rufe..
